Why Peanut Butter Fudge Buttercream?
This recipe embodies my favorite chocolate candy—in cookie form. These cookies are soft, gooey, chocolatey, peanut buttery, and chewy, with the perfect amount of salt. I’d like to note that the eggs sold in the spring are indeed the superior shape for chocolate peanut butter-filled candy, followed by pumpkins in the fall, leaving the original chocolate peanut butter cup shape in the dust. And while I don’t use the famous peanut butter cup to make these cookies, I do think of them every time I take a bite. So, please enjoy my favorite holiday past-time in it’s best chocolate-peanut-buttery cookie form.
