Our cookies do contain wheat, dairy, and are made in a facility that handles soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Some of our select flavors of soft-baked cookies have peanuts and tree nuts baked into the recipe. If you do have a nut allergy, our Shortbread Recipe used for all Custom Decorated Cookies is 100% nut free, made in a dedicated nut free facility.

We suggest you enjoy all soft-baked cookies within 7 days of delivery, and all custom decorated cookies within 3 weeks of delivery. If you want to save them for later, please place in the freezer.  Our baked treats can stay frozen for up to 6 months, in airtight storage.  Do not refrigerate any of our cookies,

Each cookie is made by hand by our RGC team before being packaged and prepared for shipment. Due to the hand-made nature of our cookies, it may take up to 3 business days to fulfill Build Your Box Orders, and up to 7 business days to fulfill Custom Decorated Cookie Orders before leaving our bakery and heading to it’s destination. For highly customized corporate Build Your Box Orders, we may need up to 3 weeks before we can ship. Sometimes, our fulfillment time may be longer due to higher demands (like around the holidays).

We’re big fans of planning ahead! If you need to ensure your order arrives near a specific holiday, celebration, or date, you can order weeks, even months, in advance. Just use the ORDER COMMENTS section at checkout and add a note like “Please try to deliver for a birthday on xx/xx/xxxx. This will help us time your order based on shipping speed you select, and have your cookies arrive within a window to still be fresh.  Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays on behalf of UPS or FEDEX.

We ship to the continental United States. Need to get your cookies to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or anywhere else around the world? Nope! We authorize our shipping carriers to leave cookies at the destination without asignature. That way, the recipient doesn’t have to be home to accept it, and the cookies won’tgo stale during multiple shipping attempts.

We ship cookies from our bakery Monday through Friday. While cookies do not ship out over the weekends, they can be delivered over weekends. As soon as your cookies have finished baking, we pack them up and ship em’ out for guaranteed freshness.

We never include prices on the receipt in a shipment, due to the gifty nature of our cookies. Each shipment will include a packing slip with product and SKU information, only.

As much as we love surprises, all orders require billing information. RGC cannot hide or eliminate billing information from an order.
