Why Original Buttercream?
After hundreds of test bakes and late nights in the kitchen, a thick, indulgent cookie that perfectly combined soft-baked cookies and classic vanilla buttercream cake—icing included—was born. Despite having the approval of RGC’s Chief-Tasting-Officer (my loving husband, Zach), I sought feedback from the harshest critics I know: my four sisters. They all said the exact same thing, “Haley, these are REALLY GOOD COOKIES!” And thus, the original Really Good Cookie was born.
