Why We Love It
Growing up as the family baker, I had a very tough critic at home: my Dad. His rating system ranged from a casual “It was OK” (code for total flop) to the rare and glorious “A+! It was very good!” And when it came to anything lemon, the bar was even higher, if it didn’t make your eyes water from the zing, it didn’t make the cut. Inspired by his love of lemony treats, we created the Lemon Zest Glazed Cookie: soft, sweet, and loaded with lemon juice, fresh zest, and even a touch of Limoncello for that extra punch. This is the cookie my Dad gave the coveted A+ to, a bright, fresh, citrusy treat made for all the lemon lovers out there.
