How it works-in 6 easy steps
Submit a Request
Fill out the request form to set up your fundraiser. Once approved, you’ll receive our fundraising catalog which includes three different fundraising options for you to choose from.
Designate a Captain
Choose between our Buy and Resell Fundraiser, an Order Form Fundraiser (think, Girl Scouts), or an Online Fundraiser. Once you choose your fundraiser, RGC will send your fundraising materials to get started.
Create your Timeline
Depending on the type of fundraiser you choose, it’s important to plan ahead! For Order Form Fundraisers, allow two weeks for RGC to produce your cookies after receiving your master sheet and payment. We recommend at least two weekends of selling time for your Cookie Ambassadors.
Ready, Set, Sell!
Whether you’re reselling these cookies at an event, or collecting orders on forms or online, ambassadors can market the fundraiser or share their forms with anyone interested in cookies—perfect for friends, family, and supporters across the country.
Collect Sales
Depending on the type of fundraiser, a designated Team Captain can compile all seller forms into the master sheet. Forms must be submitted at least two weeks before the desired delivery date. For a resell event, this is the time a captain can collect all funds generated from the sale.
Submit & Celebrate!
Send the master sheet and delivery forms to RGC by email or mail. We’ll handle the rest, shipping or hand-delivering your cookies right on schedule. For online fundraisers, an RGC team member will reach out to you with sales information and mail you a check.

Cookies for a cause FAQ
We offer three different types of fundraising programs to choose from: a buy and resell program, a classic order form fundraiser (like the Girl Scouts) or an online fundraiser. Download our fundraising catalog here for more information.
We offer 9 soft-baked cookie flavors year-round, as well as 2 seasonal soft-baked cookies and a dog biscuit. All flavors are available to sell, with the exception of the seasonal flavors, which are contingent on availability and time of year.
The amount of money your fundraiser can generate depends on the type of fundraiser and the number of cookies you sell. Our profit margins range from 20%-50% depending on the type of fundraiser and the cookie price that you charge your customers.
